These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including our free online tools — the color scheme generator, color palette generator, color wheel, and color contrast checker (together, the “Tools”) — and our blog and related content. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
The Site provides free, browser-based color tools and educational content about color theory and design. No account, registration, or payment is required. The Tools run in your web browser; palettes and color values are generated on your device.
2. Your license to use the Tools and generated palettes
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site and Tools for lawful purposes.
Colors and palettes you generate are yours to use. Individual colors and combinations of colors are not copyrightable, and we claim no ownership over any palette, HEX code, or exported code snippet (CSS, Tailwind, SCSS, JSON) the Tools produce. You may use generated palettes and exports freely in personal and commercial projects, without attribution and without restriction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site at a rate or scale that burdens our infrastructure, or republish substantial portions of our written content without permission; (c) attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems; (d) introduce malware or interfere with other users’ access; (e) use automated means to click on or otherwise manipulate advertisements displayed on the Site; or (f) misrepresent the Site or its Tools as your own product or service.
4. Intellectual property
Except for the generated palettes described in Section 2, all content on the Site — including the design, layout, logos, text, articles, tutorials, graphics, and the underlying software of the Tools — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts of our articles with attribution and a link back to the source. Reproducing full articles, mirroring the Tools, or embedding them without our written permission is prohibited.

Content on the Site — including color theory explanations, accessibility guidance, and design recommendations — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional design, legal, accessibility-compliance, or branding advice. See our Disclaimer for details.
6. Accuracy of tool output
We work to keep the Tools accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that any generated palette, contrast ratio, or color conversion is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Colors may render differently across screens, browsers, and print processes. You are responsible for verifying that your final color choices meet your project’s requirements, including any legal or accessibility standards (such as WCAG) that apply to your work.
7. Advertising and third-party content
The Site is funded by advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Advertisements and any linked third-party websites, products, or services are the responsibility of the respective advertiser or third party. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, and any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and them. 8. Availability and changes to the service
